Our Energy Savings Agreement would include:


      IN THE SPRING:

· Tune up on air conditioner
· Measure all refrigerant levels
· Check all electrical components for possible failure
· Wash outdoor coils
· Oil all motors as needed
· Clean all filters on air cleaners
· Check condensate drain
· Check thermostats for accuracy
· Change the filter


      IN THE FALL:

· Furnace Tune up
· Check all electrical components for possible failure
· Clean furnace
· Check the Carbon Monoxide levels
· Start up humidifier
· Check thermostat for accuracy
· Oil all motors as needed
· Change the filter
